Our Client purchased this underwhelming bungalow on a sought-after plot with the intention of achieving a lifestyle home.  The problem was how to redevelop the bungalow to achieve contemporary living.

We developed the opportunity for additional accommodation and re-modelling utilising the householder planning route which reduced the planning risk.

The concept proposed the addition of an upper floor on a skewed axis to the existing bungalow, the ground floor becoming the plinth to the timber clad upper floor.

The project achieves contemporary living at a secluded edge of City location.
