Our Client purchased a tired bungalow with outbuildings with the intention of achieving a multi-generational family home following a catalogue of planning struggles to achieve the same at their previous residence.

Our plan redevelops the site to include a replacement dwelling (currently on-site) alongside the conversion of a redundant agricultural building (next-up) to achieve a further dwelling utilising the Class Q planning opportunity.

Multi-generational living is achieved through two dwellings allowing three households of the family to be both independent and come together.
