The Granary, North Yorkshire

Project summary

Our Client is an experienced developer who creates high quality, period homes.

Upon purchase, The Granary benefitted from a series of planning permissions which needed to be rationalised and expanded to better balance the accommodation opportunities of the building.

Development of the design resulted in the former cart shed being brought into the scheme to achieve Kitchen Dining Living. The internal layout was then reconfigured to make best use of the increased accommodation. A final planning application achieved a triple bay detached Oak frame Garage.

Externally, traditional workmanship and reclaimed materials achieve a beautiful rural conversion.
