Project summary

Our Client is an experienced Contractor and Developer who bought this site which benefits from an extant planning permission but which had stood undeliverable for a number of years.

Our challenge was to improve the viability and desirability of the site.

By assembling the appropriate design team, we collectively identified variation opportunities to the previous permission to add design and economic value.

Planning permission for our re-developed scheme was successfully achieved for our Client at committee, and we are now moving onto the next stage of our architectural services.
