Our Client develops high quality bespoke housing developments of local character and distinctiveness.

This edge of village site faced challenges associated with the principal of any new development at this rural location with scale being a particularly important consideration.

We developed the brief to design four individual homes which achieve a strong identity for the development whilst respecting local character.

Working alongside a wider consultant team, both outline and reserved matters planning permissions were achieved followed by Building Regulation approval and third party construction quality guarantee.

Our sensitive design approach eased the process and realised successful sales for our Client.
