Our Client is disposing of property related assets as they move into retirement.

Having reviewed a number of sites, our challenge is to identify and realise one final opportunity from each ahead of their sale.

Here, we identified the opportunity to test the current relaxation of planning legislation in relation to the change of use of redundant agricultural buildings, concluding with an application for conversion to a single dwelling.

Should planning permission be achieved, this project will establish added value within a complex planning context.
